Is there any way to cast video from an android app to Kodi (essentially using the Pi as a Chromecast)?

I have just been reading about Raspicast and whilst I am pretty sure that this will not work with a Pi that is running Libreelec, I wondered whether there were a similar add-on for Kodi that might do a similar thing.
