I downloaded and installed the latest Kodi Matrix nightly 20190505 and Jenkins npvr 4.0.0 today on my laptop.

I could play live TV and watch pre-recorded shows but when I attempted to go back or forward in time the picture immediately froze and never recovered.  The first debug log is when I went back in time when watching live TV. The second debug log is a pre-recorded show that I attempted to advance in time.

I haven't started testing Matrix yet we are in the testing cycle for NextPVR v5 and am trying to minimize the variables, there should be another Leia build before we look into issues.

Both logs do experience the same symptom after a seek

so I suspect it is a Kodi issue.
