Win Video playing but only sound no visual

Video
I have used Kodi for years with no problems, I recently thought it would be nice to get a new build as my son is a massive superhero fan, however suddenly every time we watch anything it plays the video but you can see no video only sound. I have watched videos on normal YouTube which is fine so my graphics cards and drivers are all fine. I have ensured the rendering is set to software as usual, but no joy. I have even uninstalled the Kodi completely and reinstalled the same version that had no problems and the same issue still occurs. I downloaded from here to ensure getting a proper installation. I am on Windows 7.

Any advice would be gratefully accepted

Aww... Did you feel being left out? After only 5 hours? :-|

Not everyone on this forum is a Youtube specialist. Some of those people may have chosen for some family quality time instead during the weekend.

BTW, why are you posting the same log file twice?

Host CPU: Intel® Core™2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86GHz, 2 cores available
That cpu was released July 2006... http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_2/Int...6300).html

Running on Windows Unknown version,
What version of Windows are you running?

There are no errors in your log. I see you playing a youtube video, and there are no errors in playback. Unfortunately, there is nothing to fault here, so it may be a simple case of your hardware being too old, though there is nothing in the log to confirm this assumption.

Does v17.6 have any issues?

He claimed Windows 7 in his first post, but his log says: Windows NT x86 64-bit version 6.0.6000. That's Windows Vista. It's the RTM version of Vista with no service packs installed.

It is Windows 7 and there is nothing wrong with my PC as it worked for years and still does. I can watch videos on the actual pc play games etc. I played Hitman the other day so it is fine. It seems funny when I uninstalled and reinstalled Kodi it would have an issue, and it be my computer. Also, yes it has no problems taking a video and playing it. You can hear it but just cant see it

It is also funny that most posts I have seen have you all saying you wont fix sopmething for whatever reason banned things the windows there seems to be a lot of excuses why you cant resolve peoples problems. If you don't know to fixx a PCC that was fine til I installed your thing and still is then admit it. ASnd I am definitely Win 7 I installed it myself. Stop making excuses

You have been quite forceful, repetitive and demanding in your 10 posts. But I ignored it and offered some assistance. And the thanks I get is you telling me I a basically ignorant.

I do not know how to fix your vintage computer... and I am not here to fix your computer. We are here for Kodi issues.

We cannot help you, nor do I want to help ungrateful people like you. Contrary to what you possibly believe... we do not have to help anyone on this site. We choose to.

I have not been forceful or ignorant but you don't have to be rude. The fact I didn't get responses and then you try to blame my computer, like on other post where you cant help because of the PCs age or the Operating system and on another having banned software. It is just an excuse that allows you to say oh I am not helping you, when the truth is, you don't know. You said I was rude yet after waiting 5hrs for someone to even say "we know you're there and will be with you shortly", your response was "ooh feeling a bit left out are we", and now saying you wouldn't want to help anyway, and I am the rude one. Don't worry I will be sure to tell my follwers on FB, Instagram, and Twitter about how quickly you resolved ,my issues, I will show screen shots of you making excuses and blaming me for being rude.
