Hi,
after reading the news about the problems with the windows builds I started out of curiosity trying to build the kodi dependencies with mingw for windows. As I have no windows around at the moment I have cross compiled it. Please let me no if there is any interest in this than I could prepare a merge request. Most of it is quite hacky at the moment but it would allow to reuse the same build system as for all other platform also for windows.
