I decided to switch from the manual windows install to the windows 10 store V so it can handle auto updates like it does on my android devices and it still ended up installing 18.4 
IS this the correct version there right now? all my android devices are at 18.5 so im just checking and seeing what i can do to fix that.

We are having some difficulties in finalizing the UWP version. You can see why at the Kodi website.
Changes between 18.4 and 18.5 are minimal, though.

Instead you can also use the Kodi Windows Installer Add-on on a regular installation.
