Remote movie does not play

Browser just displays: Just a sec

PC#1
Windows 10, browser IE, 192.168.0.3

PC#2
Ubuntu Desktop, KODI

Both PC's are wired ethernet

PC#1
can list movies
when movie is selected:
  192.168.0.4:8080/#movie/70
  shows movie title on tab
  displays: Just a sec "nothing else"

PC#2, if i select the movie locally on this PC, it plays fine

However, as you posted no debug log... am I to presume you're simply stating a fact but not interested in anyone analysing why this happens?

Your correct, next time I will attach a debug.log.

However I figured it out.

Selecting (Play) is only for the local media player to HDMI out.
Selecting (Stream) is for remote browser media player.
