19 Matrix Nightly (27th july) Windows 10 x64 2004
So i have Kodi as fullscreen on my tv connected to my gpu and everything else on my other monitor connected to same gpu.
If Chrome or anything else on my second monitor goes fullscreen Windows will throw a fit and "turn on and off (it flickers)" my monitor ever 0.5 sec if not more.
Any idea what's causing this? 18.5 Works fine with same settings.

You don't go into hardware specifics, gfx card, resolutions, scanning rates, connected to the TV via HDMI etc. A debug log would also be helpful.

That's the kind of log developers want to see. I note: selected Device 1 is directsound, can you try with waspi and 2 channel audio pass-through. I do have the same video card you have without issues in Matrix (using the alpha night-lies). Just wondering if cutting the AVR out and going direct would eliminate the AVR as a source of the issue?

LG TV and a ASUS Monitor, Nvidia 1060x6 with basically the same hook-up, waspi, hdmi, Onkyo TX-SR333 to the TV and DVI to the asus monitor. 1080p x 60hz all round, all is jake. Of course I use the TV as my second monitor, either in twin, extended or single on either side using the display switch.
This is a little different "Display marantz-AVR (MJI0035 EDID Override)" pulling out the AVR might make sense here, and this "resizing due to size change (1920,0,3840,1080 fullscreen)->(1920,0,3840,1080 fullscreen)" looks like some confusion as to 1080p vs 4K in the same line...Is your TV 4K? From your post "1060GTX, 1080p 60hz on both monitors" you might want to white list only the obvious resolutions on your test set-up. If you run in windowed mode on the desktop, are you having the same issues?
