When launching TMM 3.1.13 on debian stretch I get:  no splashscreen in java.library.path

Any ideas why is that?

Installed java:
openjdk 11.0.9.1 2020-11-04
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.9.1+1-post-Debian-1deb10u2)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.9.1+1-post-Debian-1deb10u2, mixed mode, sharing)

Not a linux user here, but make sure you don't have just the headless variant installed - we need the full version with GUI...

Another try could be to use Java 8...
