I tried 28614 (nightly build of 3/16/2010 from http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc) and it still crashes:

Is there a chance that this problem will be solved in the near future?

Same issues for me. I'm back to using 17349. Now if I could just fix the multiple failures before playon will actually play a video I'll be back in business. Hopefully the new path for XBMC on Xbox will result in some of these issues getting fixed.

I'm finding the 26941 T3CH build works fine for me. I had tried the 28472 T3CH one but that also had the issue.

Just wanted to add my support to getting the uPNP problem fixed on the Xbox builds.

As for n8mack33, I have been using Playon.TV for the last month or so. It took a lot of tinkering, but finally got it working well for me. It plays Netflix, Hulu, Comedy Central, etc. to both of my Xboxes without so much as a hickup.

I ended up with the following configuration for both boxes:

T3CH XBMC 2009-06-01 9.04.1-FIXED-Babylon (SVN:20848)
Set DVDPlayer as the default player using advancedsettings.xml
Set the Network Cache to 4096k

Weird: Doesn't look like there are any relevant changes between the revisions you mentioned..... You're sure about the rev-numbers?

My bad, being a n00b - SVN:20848 is the one that works (dawned on me upon seeing the T3CH date for it)!

Dam just upgraded and upnp is crashing.... which doesnt help with my PS3MS setup

Only thing that could help is that someone would finally figure out the *exact* revision it broke not just guesses or rough estimates..

There are (still) to many changes between those revs to isolate the problem...

i also have this problem but i just turn it off and use the smb share to acces my folders and files

Hmmm cant get any different builds.... T3CH site doesnt have them and sshcs seems to be having problems..

I played 'binary search' with sshcs's nightly builds.

Build 27258 works.

Build 27290 does not work.
