Hello, everyone I have a question regarding ftp servers and xbmc (i know this is in the xbox section but its more a general question as well)

If a friend of mine setup an ftp server would i be able to access it through xbmc on xbox? or any xbmc (pc, apple tv)

I'm guessing if its possible i enter his ip address, username and password?

To access an FTP server installed on a PC, another Xbox or anywhere in the internet you have to set it up as a source in Xbmc on xbox...
