I have a hp computer with built in graphic-card.
And i got a displayport adapter to DVI and then a hdmi/dvi cable to my tv.
The sound works great via hdmi when i had the computer newly installed OS but when i install driver for my card the sound goes throgh pc-speaker.
The only reason i install the driver is that i get an error in xpmc when i dont have any driver that said "capplication::create() failed - check log file and that it is writeable" and i read that this is cus of bad/no driver. I dont get this error when i have the driver installed but then i instead get the error with the sound.
Please help me out
