here is my file
i'm inclined to say the thing making the difference is LCD_DRIVER="none" , this was one of the things changed in the latest commits

On top of that i have this patch for having a 1080p gui, xbmc-25bb46a-999-1080p.patch in folder packages/mediacenter/xbmx/patches
