Thanks, but my usb-stick test as slowly as with only my sd-card class 10,

Booting:
39sec with sd-card
49sec with usb-stick

In other tests i cannot see a different!

I've never timed boot, I never turn my Pi off. Try quickly scrolling through TV/movies with full screen fan art at high res (720p+) with a skin other then Confluence, it's easily 5-6x faster and a lot more stable at higher overclock settings. If you aren't seeing a speed difference loading fan art, or you can crank your Pi to 1Ghz and not have it crash in 5min then you probably aren't running off USB. Did you leave the storage partition on your SD card or delete it? What does your cmdline.txt look like?
