Suspend quirks after Eden update
#1
I recently update my Acer Revo 3610 to XBMC 11.10 and so far so good except on how the S3 suspend works. In the settings -> System -> power saving...I set the "Shutdown Function" = Suspend and "Put display to sleep when idle" = 15min

The problem I am having is after the 15min timeout the system used to S3 sleep. Now, the display goes off and the TV's screen saver comes on like there is no connection. If I push any button on the remote the display is reactivated. The system does not go to sleep because the fan is still on.

The second issue is not such a big deal. When I push the power button on the remote, the system goes to S3 sleep, but the LED on the remote's USB receiver stays lit. If I push power on the remote again the LED turns off. I must push the power button a 3rd time to wake the system. Any advice is appreciated, thank you.

I also added the following lines to my rc.local file...

echo USB0 > /proc/acpi/wakeup
echo USB2 > /proc/acpi/wakeup
sh -c 'echo enabled' > /sys/bus/usb/devices/2-3/power/wakeup
