[RELEASE] Texture Cache Maintenance utility

I thought XBMC would have been doing that as it fetched the data while scraping? Or does XBMC download each part of art for each movie as you browse around the library?

XBMC should download (and cache) the artwork on the machine that is performing the scrape, but any other non-scraper clients will not have any artwork cached until you start browsing the GUI (or pre-load using this script).

You can see what is in your cache with "./texturecache.py x", and see what isn't in your cache with "./texturecache.py nc movies".
Texture Cache Maintenance Utility: Preload your texture cache for optimal UI performance. Remotely manage media libraries. Purge unused artwork to free up space. Find missing media. Configurable QA check to highlight metadata issues. Aid in diagnosis of library and cache related problems.
