You can now enjoy watching videos from VGTV.no using XBMC! You will find it in the official addon repository under the name "VGTV"
Actually, you've been able to for a couple of months now, but I figured I'd post a thread here anyway, in case anyone had any questions, feature requests and so on.
Most of the content is in Norwegian and may not be available for users outside of Norway.
