I've been using Popcorn Hours for a long time but I have always liked the simplicity of the Apple TV. My files are all DVD rips so I can't use the Apple TV as is so I am thinking about buying a used one and jail breaking to XMBC. So my first question is this, my movies are all in individual folders with the movie.nfo, movie.fanart.jpg, movie.jpg file. I have spent LOTS of time organizing, properly naming, and adding metadata to my movies. Is this info the same info XMBC will use? I don't want to have to go back through and tag 450 movies. Second question is the Apple TV a good choice for a first attempt at XMBC?
