I wonder if anyone can help me with this. For the now-common deluxe/anniversary editions of albums with extra disc(s), I like to store the ripped files for the first disc in one directory, and then have the tracks from the other disc in sub-directories. I also give them different album names - the normal name for the original disc, and something like "Name: 2 Demos" for the others. This is how this appeared in XBMC 12.
However, since 13, and now with Kodi 14, some of album names are ignored and everything get's bundled into (oddly) the 2nd "album" title. Here's what I see after upgrading a completely fresh install of 12 to 13 and letting it re-scan:
All the three discs appear under that title. Importing into 14 produces the same flattening, and I've tested on both Linux and Windows. I can't see any setting that would change this.
