The installer itself is 9mb smaller.You are wrong. All python libs still here. Installer is smaller because DirectX 9 installer was gone as unneeded. All language resources installs as addons now. Currently only English (as default) included into installation package. This version based on current 15-alpha which is unstable and can contains bugs.
