OpenELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 16.0)

Kodi is designed for file playback where data can be read faster than it is played out.

For live streams you may be better off playing through the PVR interface. The IPTV simple (Add-on:IPTV_Simple_Client) addon may be an option.

Don't you think the playback of files via an add on follow the same path? Its still the same player, not? But anyway, is there a way I can clone your source or can I just use openelec from github to figure this 'issue' out? Basically I think my problem is caused by the low bandwith (500kbit), because once it is streaming it streams very nice.
