I think this is pointless

Martijn and other developers think that CPU and GPU are so well known that everybody knows them in english even that in my country I NEVER heard anyone use them, we have other words and acronyms
As for "Whatever Downloader" or "Whatever uploader" add-ons' names it's probably like trademarks for them like Nike and Google and should not be translated.
If the users don't understand what the add-ons do at a glance, it's not important, screw them for not knowing english
Anyway if you're pedantic, I'm sorry to tell you, but this is not a place where perfection is seeked
Personally, I'm both grateful for the developers work and disappointed for not wanting to do more and to trust us when we say that the people in our countries don't understand that strings
