TinyMediaManagerCMD.exe run as a service or a Scheduled Task

I did get it to work interactively by running a batch file as a scheduled task but I have to be logged in and it throws a visible CMD box when it runs, I couldn't get it to run as admin and ignore login state. Just wouldn't run.

I wanted it to be totally silent and whether or not logged in.
Server: Qnap TS-869L 8 Bay NAS 24TB, 21TB Usuable (8x3TB WD Reds)
HTPC: Intel NUC5CPYH, LibreElec 8, Estuary Skin, 4gb ram, 60GB Intel SSD, Rii k01v3 Wireless Keyboard Remote
