Installed and tested #0617 and LiveTV is working again (Although Milhouse has not posted about #0617 release yet, it is available via development build add-ons and new LibreELEC settings development update feature)

Support for development updates in LibreELEC Settings add-on (built-in minimmalist version of Leopold's add-on) For these builds, enter a URL into a Custom Channel, selecting from the following URLs based on your hardware:

• RPi Zero/RPi1: http://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/master/RPi
  
• RPi2/RPi3: http://milhouse.libreelec.tv/builds/master/RPi2
  

Then Select "Milhouse-8.0" as the Update Channel then open Available versions option in order to select and install an available release.
(Note: may need to reboot device in order to refresh/see latest builds)
