After investigating and testing #717 didn't have skipping #719 introduced it again. Pll gets adjusted even though sync display is off as well as pll adjustment set to off. With #717 the pll stays at 1.00000. I did recheck it this time before making this post! Currently downgraded to #717 and all working without skips.
