For now it doesn't look like the HD Homerun add-on is compatible with LibreELEC 8.0. The drivers don't build against the latest 4.7.x kernel which is why they are missing, the error is that the HD Homerun add-on continues to be offered for LE8 when it shouldn't be. It's being looked into, there's a feeling it's no longer required, it will either be fixed or removed.
