There are no official LibreELEC Kodi 17 builds yet (what will be LibreELEC 8.0). These will become available in due course when the LE alpha testing starts - I think LE are waiting for Kodi 17 to hit beta before starting with official LE 8 builds.
If you want to try out a a LibreELEC Kodi 17 test build, you could look no further than the first post in this thread...
I was not sure if I needed a base build to add your test build to. Thanks for the help and your work on this project
