What's different about your hardware to everyone else's? Is this only affecting Braswell hardware?
I think it's you, tinzarian, D-an-W, Nafi and Roby77 with this issue. Could those with non-functional auto-repeat post your machine details, let's try and work out what you all have in common...
I didn't realize I have this issue, since I run #0509x, but I installed #0519 to test and auto repeat doesn't work. I didn't test my remote-control-power-on-issue but I suspect that's still there as well.
I have a Zotac Zbox CI520, which has a coie i3 4020y, as for the other stuff: lspci and lsusb, and a Harmony Touch, using a mix of MCE PC SE and Zotac profiles.
