I have one band that shows a music folder image. How did that get there, how can I get rid of it, and how can I make all bands show it?
There is no folder.jpg at the root of that artist folder, only album folders, with a folder.jpg inside each one, like all the other artists.



Albums all show fine, each MP3 has artwork embedded in the ID3 tag and each album folder has a folder.jpg.
