For those of you having issues, I thought I would detail what I have found.
You must have the titan beta distro, and be certain your dependencies are up to date. There are still some bugs in those plug-ins, so keep them up to date.
Downloading the file, click on "Скачать" it will show in about 10 seconds.
The file downloaded is packaged wrong, and won't install.
Extract the folder, skin.phenomenal from the zip file. Then zip it as skin.phenomenal.zip, you can load it from "addons from zip file"
Be careful sometimes there are two skin.phenomenal folders nested.
Backup/Restore skin doesn't work for me. I have no idea were the backup file is saved.
Vad's color theme is too bright for me. So I go to DESIGN - Theme Color - and select the 3rd blue all the way to the left. Save
Backround packs - I pick clear design - Apply - Backgrouds - yes - yes.
After that I give up, for now.
I'm going to work on a dark blue theme. I would like to be able to change Vad's backgrounds. I want simple backgrounds, lots of fan art, the detail icons to have color too.
The right to left thing can be confusing, but I am adjusting.
