Having this issue aswell. Xbox 360 wireless controller connected to Intel Nuc Gen7 with Millhouse Libreelec x64_64, works in Kodi and in Snes9x but not in PSX Rearmed or Mednafen PSX.

At work atm so cant post any logs.
