i'm having identical issues. have been upgrading from a perfectly fine running 16.1 because auf the security warning to 17.3. after that all my custom keybindings from my joystick.Harmony.xml are not working anymore.
after reading this post i duplicated my file and named it "customcontroller.Harmony.xml" and replaced all mentions of "joystick" with "customcontroller" in the file. sadly this did not solve my problem. suggestions?
