I don't think any of the developers have tried to develop a LibreElec/CoreElec build for them, possibly due to there being no details or Linux drivers for the VPU drivers required for hardware acceleration?
For Android - I guess you can try the standard Android Kodi app...
If they are using an external player (like Zidoo) they will attract less interest I guess - as they aren't using Kodi as their main playback engine?
Plus wrxtasy et al may just not have them - for the above reasons.
