Same as title, when i watch certain movies when they're not FullHD, green blinking bands appear at the bottom and right of the screen,
this problem had disappeared some time ago, but lately it's reappeared in all the latest nightly.
I would like to point out that they appear ONLY when DXVA2 is disabled.
Tested with both AMD R7 250 and NVIDIA GT 1030 video cards, the problem remains.
