 Can you go to the addon settings in the Kodi UI, click channels and post a snapshot of the screen? From your log it looks like it's trying to load Favourites (TV) and Favourites (Radio) but it's not finding any channels.

Need to see your settings Channels screen to make sure.

 Ok, that looks correct. Can you put these URLs in a browser and let me know what they output?

The first is your recording locations: http://192.168.1.201/web/getlocations

The second is a list of all your bouquets: http://192.168.1.106:80/web/getservices

Last is the channels in the one bouquet you appear to have: http://192.168.1.106:80/web/getservices?...%20bouquet

From your log the getservices call only appears to return 72 bytes, it should be far more.
