If you post the question and logs over at the NextPVR forums (https://forums.nextpvr.com/), we'll check it out for you. You should include your logs when you post.

If you refer to NextPVR logs, how are they generated?

The NextPVR logs are found by click the 'zip my log files...' button in the Settings->About screen.
