Every single add-on from the official Kodi repository does not have any nagware or other types of splash screens.
So you probably installed some 3rd party repository/wizard/build at some point, and now you are being treated with and entertained by their special offers and suggestions.
The nature of the Redbox company, the TV channels they are offering via their Android & Windows apps, and the above behavior made us (Kodi) decide to put the Redbox name on the banned add-on list for the time being.
All I can do is suggest you stay away from it from now on.
