Sigh, no one needed my slab of text and list of files to fix requoting @BikerDude . I edited your post to remove, but could you just only quote previous posts when necessary.
To empty the music library you could just delete the mymusic72.db file, when Kodi restarts it will create an empty one (providing there are no previous db versions lying about). There is no need or reason to uninstall Kodi itself.
