Deinterlacing is not available with hardware decoding enabled for 1080i h264 from Bluray concert rip.  Is this expected behaviour?  Deinterlacing works fine on mpeg2 with hardware decoding (I have the license).  Here are the relevant file specs

Tested with libreelec versions 9.0.2 and latest 9.2.0
