Every time I try to install any add-on, I have the log error: "check the log for more information". 
 

You are not telling us much here. What are the add-ons? Are they from the Kodi repository, if not which repository?
In any case, more info is needed:
Please turn on debugging mode and try to catch the failure in the log.
Follow the procedure linked here debug log (wiki).
And as written in red below Do not post logs in the forum. Use https://paste.kodi.tv/ instead.

I have the same problem with all the Addons and all the repositories that I have try, even from the Kodi repository.

The problem is with all the addons.  I have done a clean installation and again I have the same error.
