1) Installed 451.85 and that did not help.
2) Kodi "V4.0.3" did not fix it.
3) Can't test it right now, i only get a black screen on 4k (old shitty cables). Hopefully my new ones coming tomorrow enables 4k.
As i said before 18.5 works fine. Strange. Do i need to update Directx 12 or something?
