already using Matrix in portable mode and this is the only negative thing that i have encountered. 

The log you provided didn't reflect a plain vanilla installation, but more of a carry over of tons of legacy add-ons and scripts, some of which have not had Matrix support at this time. Throw up a log from a stock plain Matrix no advancedsettings.xml, atm: the flipping of the video smacks of a graphic engine driver, but you are running a boat load of extras and it's hard to point directly when there are so many possibilities.
