nov 3rd build back to 1.0?
#1
Hey there.
Just updated my xbmc and pvr addons and i am a little bit confused now...
The Oct 27th build (and the ones before) on http://www.dotnetdevelopers.net/XBMC/xbmcpvr.html were v1.0.1.0 with timeshift and so on.

The newest Nev 3rd build is back to v1.0.0.0 without any timeshifting or anything..
What happened? ^^

Not sure why either, but your post solved my problem!

I deleted the nov 3rd update and put on the oct 27th instead and got timeshifting working. Was not even getting option to enable it with nov 3rd release.

Thank You!

I think it's just because wileecoyote built it from opdenkamp repository, which hasn't merged the latest nextpvr addon changes at this stage. For the 27th build, he built it from my sub3 repository.

Good to know. Will revert back

Ah crap... Sorry about that Sub3. I will fix it immediately.

Edit: This has been resolved. The Nov 3rd builds are now up to date.

Is it possible to get the OSX plugin updated to v1.0.1.0 in the nightly builds?

Cheers.

The OSX PVR add-on's are built and distributed with the XBMC nightlies. Until Sub's code is merged in the opdenkamp repository it will not be available... Unless someone has/wants to share an OSX build from Sub's github repository. I have tried to build on OSX but unfortunately crashed and burned Sad

Any chance of building off Sub's repo again?

The NextPVR changes have been made, but we've been waiting days for a pull from his repo to openkamp one.

I have merged Sub's changes with the opdenkamp repo and posted builds for Windows & Linux. I have tested it on Windows but not Linux.

I just tried it with the latest nightly on Windows and it's giving the wrong API error. Did I download the wrong one?

Hmmm. I downloaded the latest nightly (11/19) along with the 11/20 NextPVR addon from the binaries page and it works fine. Where are you receiving the wrong API error?

Edit: Can you try it with a clean user folder? Backup your user folder and then just rename it to XBMC_old or something. Restart XBMC, add the add-on and then configure it.

So before I moved my existing data folder, I tried deleting the pvr.nextpvr folder from addons and copied the new one into place. That seems to have fixed it. It must have something that was already in that folder that was left over. Thank you for getting us something to use again. I was really missing it.

Did something happen such that the Recorded Programs from the PVR are added to the library?

I'm seeing everything in my TV Shows listed twice after installing this version of the plugin and the nightly from the 19th.

No, I am not seeing that. Do you have them listed twice once be drive letter and once by url notation?
