Ok, I've tried all video playback settings, but none fixed the problem. On my TV I was not able to change the display rate to 60Hz.
I tested Ed_HD.avi in 1080p which worked like a charm from USB stick. It seems only files from my camera seem to make problems.
Here you see the info from a sample video: http://www.imagebanana.com/view/d03puwbc/IMG_0308.JPG. VCPU is at 98%. Is this the graphic chip?
When playing a 1080p 10GB MKV-File the values are: dcpu: 0%, acpu: 3%, vcpu: 1%. Source in both cases is an external 2,5" USB harddrive.
