Anyone here knows why default weather provider is removed from code?

Apparently Weather providers (NB W.U.) are complaining about load XBMC is putting on their systems, so Weather is being made opt in rather than opt out.

Have you got CEC on your TV? i'm controlling my Pi with my TV remote.

Samsung call it Anynet+

You need a decent HDMI cable to pass the signal

Not using CEC here just a Lenovo MCE IR receiver

Funny thing is that when added manual i still didn't have weather info in Confluence skin....

Having a few issues with the last few Gotham builds. Both seem random and are difficult to reproduce. Sometimes when I open a file I don't get audio. If I stop and restart the file the audio plays. Sometimes a video will freeze for ~20s (no buffering or any other indicator), sometimes it will resume (does a weird speed up and audio garbles while it catches up), sometimes I can mash stop and it will eventually exit and allow me to resume the file, other times I have to reboot my Pi from SSH.

I'll try to get logs next time either happens.

Yes, IR is broken last 2 rbej-releases. Ive checked that the kernelmodul is working and getting the ir-commands but lirc seems to be broken because irw is not assigning the buttons..

Seems to be only related to RPi since it works perfect on my Fusion system. (custom OE build same XBMC revision)

I play with openelec/rbej build already for some time.
until rbej build 31.7.2013 i can play a SBS3D film on my NON 3D TV without any problem (only 1 Picture on screen)

After that I couldn't see any 3D Film any more. There's always 2 Picture on screen.
I already try to set the 3D mode at Watch as 2D, but it still shows 2 pic. on screen.

could someone help me and tell me, what have I done wrong?

EDIT: I use Gotham Build

Try to set the 3D mode to "None".
This helps me to make my 3D TV to switch automaticly to 3D mode and if turn the 3D mode on tv off, i see the Movie in 2D.

if that fails, rename a part of the movie to "xxxx3DSBS.mkv" or "xxxx3DTAB.mkv (bei HOU movies)..

This helps on my and my girlfriends pi (none 3D TV) to watch in 3D automaticly or in 2D.

And you MUST under Palyback the "Adjust display refresh rate" set to ALWAYS otherwise he didnt recognise the 3D on my pi and plays it only 2D. But maybe, in your case i could help to turn off to see 2D. Must try these possibilities

Setting Pref. Mode and 3D Mode at none, Video playback refresh rate at always. Result 2 Picture on my Normal TV.

Yes, I saw this last night. Volume +/- or mute/unmute gets the audio back. I'll see if I can reproduce it.

Is it possible you provide git revision in the build name?
And what is so special about omxplayer? I have read it a couple of times and know it's a commandline based player for RPi but that's it, didn't had the time to digg in to it.

NO, I always see 2 picture on my TV. I think, It has to do with Raspberry 256 MB (too few RAM for the process) OR TV send wrong Information over HDMI (It could say I'm 3D capable TV ... or something like that) ... I have sony.

Stop this Build!!!

I tested, play movie and Fast Forward and it crash! The Pi did not Reboot!
Hanging on xbmc Logo.

Edit: Restart my smb device and it running!
Tested the Fast Forward with the build from 9.8.2013 and i have no problems!

In the latest gotham build opensubtitles doesnt work at all. got 503 error couldt connect to website. thing is website is working and ive tested it in windows xbmc and is working. anyone got the same problem?
