really blows that they've gone for blocking this. luckily i still have an xbox i can my games on.

are they blocking the live streams only? I ask since the Vancouver vs SJ game from 10 October does not work. Simply shows 'working' and the spinning wheel then returns to the menu. Either feed, any quality.

They are blocking user agents specifically. If we can get a build of XBMC with a mobile user agent that's compatible we can use the addon fine. XBMC has an issue with passing the User Agent after it's downloaded a file and has to load a link directly after. Either we get a custom version of XBMC that will work with that problem or if someone knows a specific command that is able to pass the user agent to the m3u8.key file. It's literally all about the preservation of the UA.
An example is - .m3u8 is downloaded (iphone UA) - It see's it needs to load .m3u8.key and then it defaults back to ( XBMC UA ).
That's the task - if anyone is willing to give it a try.

Shouldn't it be fairly easy to set up an on-the-box proxy that edits the UA before the request is made? I know for a fact Fiddler can do this.
