I ran the Jellyfish Bitrate files on a wired connection with the suggested Ouya build.
On the fire tv up to 70 Mbps appear smooth and the frame rate appears steady from 23.98 fps to 24.00 fps.
It's difficult to judge if it's actually smooth from these short clips, looks as though from about 50 Mbps on up there could be some very slight stutters.
My windows 7 machine with a I5 2500k and a Nvidia 560 Ti made it to 100 Mbps in XBMC before becoming unable to maintain a consistent frame-rate of 23.98 to 24 fps.
It did however seem slightly jittery at 100 Mbps but reported a steady frame rate.
Forgot to add, files were on the windows 7 machine.
