i got gamecenter working again, just had to renew my membership for the year (again). i think they refunded accounts after the rogers announcement? all is did is go on the web and pay the $99 USD again, got it working.

Now the problem is i cant get it to run on my PS4, Sony TV or XBMC. Only works on the web, so i am streaming to my TV via HDMI but its not the smoothest and a royal pain the arse to setup. Anyone get it working on XBMC yet?

having the same issue here. i can't even login on the ps4 (us dns it never logs in, stock canadian dns it says username /etc is invalid.

i can login on iOS app and stream games but its horribly slow. nhl.com is unaffected for me.

this rogers crap is really making me not want to pay anything to nhl. might have to refund the service since it appears to be shit and just give my money to some other company.

Its a pain in the ass, but there's a way to get it working. You have to delete your existing NHL PS4 app, sign up for a US PSN account, install the NHL app from the US PSN Store, then logging in should work. I had to use my email address, not my username, but I was able to get it running.

Awesome plugin. I looked at the NHL Gamecenter schedule and found half the games I was interested in was on NBCS. A big thank you from an obsessive hockey fan. My life is near complete. I will be completely satisfied when we get this NHL Gamecenter Addon working. I didn't have it the previous season but by the rave of its fans it is definitely something I look forward to.

Don't use your email, use your gamecenter username.

with the rogers takeover you kinda can't now...

Work fine on a PC web browser but not on XBMC chromium.

Ya, I'm wondering if it's not a Rogers/dual login issue. I had purchased a regular game center subscription prior to the Rogers announcement that they were giving it out free. I was able to get a refund, but now I'm wondering if I should have just kept it, at least that way I got an actual nhl login.

Is anyone with a Rogers based game center subscription able to get into the addon? All I get is the error to check credentials.

I'm a Rogers customer and I just get "login failed, check credentials" when I try to login to the GC add on. I've tried my Rogers login info (which works for the GC app on android) and I've also tried my GC login info from last year. Neither work with the add on.

However, this url now returns a server error. Its unlikely it will work again.

If anyone with a rogers account is unable to login and does not mind a little editing/testing, try the following:

Go to line 107 and replace:
body = {'username': USERNAME, 'password': PASSWORD}
with
body = {'username': USERNAME, 'password': PASSWORD, 'rogers': 'true'}

Let us know if that works, if it does, Carb0 should be able to add a flag for rogers accounts. You may need to login via the nhl.com site once and accept the terms of service before it will work.

So eracknaphobia, just curious...With this PS3 config file that you posted, can we add this some way to the add-on itself? Or does Carb0 have to add it himself?

On a side note, I was able to finally log in on Gotham 13.2 with the Amazon FireTV. I just kept hitting the add-on icon over and over and after about 6 tries it went through and was able to watch previous games and such. I also was able to run the highest quality, but the video was in slow motion, I believe I switched it to the 1600kb and it worked flawless and still looked great on 100' screen.

I'm throwing these links out there to give options / info into what exactly changed with NHL GCL. I believe the add-on was getting it's info from this page: http://gamecenter.nhl.com/nhlgc/console.jsp under the archive section. If you login with your gamecenter account and view the link you'll see that the drop down has 2014-2015 selection, but displays no games. So unless they're just behind on updating the page, it's looking like this add-on is going to need a completely new way to access live games.
