When I start kodi the tvheadend addon isn't working. If I deactivate and reactivate the addon all working good.

As far as I see from the the log, tvh addon started and then ended after updating EPG. Do you see some notifications? Like "No pvr clients have been started yet", etc.?

No there is no notification like that. If I do a restart its working. So it looks like tvheadend server isn't starting when tvcard is in cold state.

I'm not sure, tvh server can start even without tvcard. I think your previous suggestion about addon is more probable, but I don't know how to prove it. I have a similar issue with my installation http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=242880 .

I also disabled "Prevent updates during playback" in TV->EPG section and enabled "Don't cache in local database".
