A 13 years old Sony TV?. Whaaat?. And have 24P mode?. Hum...strange but ok!
You repeat again and again about the EDID HDMI Checksum Failure, BUT, I have another thread of you that YOU SAY:
Well, what´s the point here?. I don´t get it. Ok, different Android version, but same AMLOGIC chip company. And you have these annoying jumps EVERY 40 SECONDS, like me and others.
I have just purchased a Minix NEO U1, then I see if the sttutering continues, or not. With the same equipment, HDMI cable and so on.

Quote:I've recently purchased a Amlogic S805 equipped ODROID-C1 and am pretty confused.
If the Android (4.4.2) GUI interface is set to 24Hz and I startup Kodi, any H264 / 23.976fps movies I play have a small video hiccup every 40 seconds or so due to the lack of perfect 23.976 video sync with my 24p TV. This is already a well known Android issue.
