I checked the log but I don't see any KODI freeze or crash. Did you reproduced the bug before ? Also a KODI restart clears the actual log and makes a new one.
You mean closing the keyboard after giving the view a name ?
This launches a reloadskin function to force datas writing (mostly for non Windows users) and can be an issue.

For the view :

Wallpaper : type = FANART
General : Sidebar Autohide = HIDDEN, Vertical Separator = NONE, Horizontal Separator = NONE
Blocs Background : Visibility = NONE
Bloc 1 : List Type =CUSTOM 3 (needs to override Designer_CustomList3.xml in 16x9 folder with LANDSCAPE MOD), List Orientation = HORIZONTAL, GoSubmenu = ONUP, Position Bottom left and size 1x1
Bloc 2 : Position Bottom middle and size 1x1
Bloc 3 : Art Type = POSTER, Position Bottom right and size 1x1
Bloc 4 : Visibility = FALLBACK, Fallback Art = CLEARART, Position Middle right and size 1x1
Bloc 5 : Visibility = ONFOCUS, Only Bloc2 visibility on focus set to HIDE, Position Bottom middle and size 1x1

Colors set as :

Bloc 1 to 3 and 5 : Background opacity reduced to 85%
Bloc 4 : Background opacity set to 0%

I had great difficulty with English (sorry), but I feel I have understood that I have to modify the code to have some sight. I would have seen here, I have to change the code?

Not this one, download the following :

And override the in 16x9 folder. Then you will have a new List Type selectable as CUSTOM3 (needs a KODI restart to apply).

For your bug, I'm sure now this comes from reloadskin. Sadly it's a KODI built in function (not KOver) and is not one I like using. However, this is the only way to solve the settings save on non-Windows systems (at least until this is changed by KODI Team what I know they're working on it). I f it happens frequently, I recommend you to report it to KODI. If the skin settings saving is modded in upcoming KODI releases, I'll be able to remove that.

I know your point of view and expectations about extra arts Wink However as you already know and I said, those possible options are not easy to implement in such a dynamic skin, meaning taking all possible parameters to produce something easy to the eye. I often think about it but until I get a convenient process idea, I'm not ready to add it the way you're waiting for. Also, KOver is primary made with "addon-free" in mind (excepted for skinshortcuts and skin.helper) to avoid calling and installing things users don't care about. Even if Artwork Downloader is pretty well integrated to KODI, it's still purely optional for me and having plenty of arts everywhere is not my vision of a confortable UI. But I respect tastes and feeling of everyone Wink ... That's why there is some options to handle them "where it doesn't disturb or slows down too much the process" (because as kokonutcreme said, speed started to be a real concern).

Let's see what's coming up with future KODI skinning engine upgrade. Maybe there will be new features allowing things more flexible.

I love this skin ! Amazing ,

I create a view with a fog effect on the outlines with ligther opacity. It's beautiful is really easy to build. i add a image on Bloc background

I Begin To Understand your skin, it is remarkable and Many possibilities. It lacks the Ability to suited the additional Post in Block 3 gold Player fallback in size to stick on the --other block. .. Can you go to add ?.

That is no problem. Actually before switching to KOVer I was afraid of losing some of those elements which I have gotten used to and which have made all the other skins I used before look so nice. But KOver already has such a beautiful look without them that I almost forgot about those little things. It is just when we are talking about what elso to implement into the skin that I have to mention these tiny graphics. Also I was not aware that it would cause such difficulties.

Actually I am not using artwork downloader to download logos, cleararts and cdarts. They are already added by Ember Media Manager or Media Elch.

So currently I am absolutely fine with your skin, just waiting what you will come up with next :-) Keep up the good work!
